Re-Assembly-Fabriken sind Befähiger der wertsteigernden Kreislaufwirtschaft. Neue Funktionen werden nach dessen End-of-Use in Produkte integriert, um neue vollständige Nutzungszyklen zu ermöglichen. Allerdings birgt die Re-Assembly inhärente Unsicherheiten, die die Personalplanung in Fabriken grundlegend verändern. Dieser Beitrag skizziert ein Konzept zur Personalplanung für Re-Assembly-Fabriken, das Abweichungen reduziert und gleichzeitig die Flexibilität und Reaktionsfähigkeit erhöht.
