Die relationale Ökonomie basiert auf der Anwendung relationaler Rationalität. In der sozialen Praxis Chinas spielen konfuzianische Überlegungen zu relationalem Denken und gegenseitiger Verantwortung immer noch eine gewisse Rolle. Im Fall der ›konfuzianischen Firma‹, werden diese Ideen zum Rahmen für Managementinnovationen chinesischen Stils. Am Fallbeispiel eines konkreten Unternehmens, zeigt dieser Beitrag, welche Logik und Impact diese Praxis hat, welche Rolle Stakeholder-Erwägungen spielen und welche Art kooperativer Renten erzielt werden können.
