Suffizienzorientierte Unternehmen streben eine Ressourcennutzung an, die allen Wohlergehen garantiert und gleichzeitig die Grenzen des Planeten einhält. Sie wollen die Bedürfnisse der Verbraucher, nicht ihre Wünsche, erfüllen, was Gewinnmaximierung und Wachstumsambitionen direkt zuwiderlaufen kann. Daher untersucht diese halbsystematische Literaturrecherche, welche Bedeutung Wachstum in suffizienzorientierten Unternehmen hat, welche Konflikte entstehen und wie Unternehmen versuchen, diese zu lösen, um zu ergründen, wie diese Unternehmen in einer wachstumsorientierten Wirtschaft überleben.
